HALF DAY PROGRAMS

Swim – TRikids half day program will introduce your child to the aquatic environment* through a variety of activities. Children are grouped according to their current swimming ability and age. We promote water safety, correct stroke development, technique for the sport of triathlon.

Bike - TRikids offers cycle safety and skills programmes. These include, familiarisation with different parts of a bike, fitting a helmet correctly, how to ride in different conditions and road rules, mounting and dismounting, and riding for triathlons.

Run- TRikids half day programs bring prepares students with drills and activities for running off the bike.

The Half Day program is subject to minimum numbers. Staff to student ratios will also be taken into consideration when booking.
